Welcome to Rivermede Retreat. Nestled in the outskirts of York, Maine, this 18-room historical farmhouse was built in 1750, and sits atop a serene 7 acres of land with spectacular views of the York River and adjacent golf course. Nature and its bounty surround you from the wild turkeys trotting across the lawn, to the deer grazing in the field, to the American bald eagles that cruise the skies above.
There are three guest rooms and a sleeping porch to reserve for a mini-intensive at Rivermede Retreat. During your stay you will be provided the space to heal, and process whatever comes up in your treatments – surrounded by nature.
In your downtime, you might enjoy choosing something from our library to read by the fire, kayaking on the river, a far-infrared sauna followed by an Epsom salt deep-tub soak, or a walk in the field.
